Meursault 1er Cru « Poruzot »

We cultivate just one parcel of this premier cru appellation and it sits on the border of the premier cru Genevrières. The soil is clay/limestone with a subsoil of very hard, white limestone, all on a rocky plateau. This wine is always extremely elegant, both on the nose and on the palate.


In general the wine should be drunk within 5 to 8 years after bottling.

Wine should be a sophisticated drink, rich but always refreshing.
